i was a jock for a long time, but we are all not encouraged this way. I was trained to be competative and all of that, but sportsmanship was the biggest thing taught on all of our teams, and if you were caught or accused of bullying you were cast off of the team.
The teams that i played on were very competitive and won championships quite often, but without all of the shit that causes these problems.
