As far as I understand it, galeon is a GNOME application, and I'm not sure if GNOME has been ported to Windows.

Why can't Linux people come to an agreement about toolkits, desktop environments, etc. I think that one of the reasons why Linux is so unintuitive to some is because the user interface changes every 5 minutes!@
