    If you are in the top 0.5% or so wealthiest people in the US, this recession has been absolutely fantastic and any early losses have been more than made up by the ability to gobble up long term investments on the cheap. No one else matters.

    Once we get 5 (trucks, cars, motorcycles, bikes, pedestrians) sets of dedicated roads leading to all locations, fine. Problem is that is impossible, and we are currently serve less than 50% of locations with 2 sets (vehicles and pedestrians) in any but the most dense cities.

    My Epic is a Galaxy S with a MUCH MUCH better keyboard (50 keys and ~4.5 inches wide), but its battery life is still not good. Only get 3 to 5 hours of heavy usage out of it, but with a USB power cable, I typically don't have to worry much about battery life as I can charge anywhere there is a wall socket, computer, car cigarette lighter or ps3.

    Issuing a DMCA take down notice if you are not the copyright holder is an act of perjury, so it is already a crime.

    The answer is yes. There is a way to process all that unspent fuel and reduce the waste to materials that can be safely stored until inert. It is called fission in a breeder reactor. We just have to repeal non-proliferation and build the reactors and we can get rid of all that waste while producing electricity at the same time.

    Because the same reactor can (and does) produce plutonium as an intermediary fuel. Some of those reactors can be designed to allow the plutonium to be harvested.

    It even applies to things that are not even sold at all, for instance a farmer growing grain to feed to his own animals because he could have bought that grain from someone in another state instead.

    Interstate commerce clause applies to EVERYTHING according to the SCOTUS. Even things that are only sold locally.

    The only problems I have with my wife cheating on me are:

    1: she is doing it without my knowledge and consent.

    2: she could end up leaving me for the other guy/girl.

    3: she most likely would have a double standard and freak out if I was with another woman.

    I have absolutely no base jealousy at all. All my serious relationships have been open, occasionally open or poly.

    You obviously don't have a clue how nuclear weapons are made. You need to have an enriched fuel, you can extract the right isotope from natural uranium using cyclotrons or another mass filtering method or you can use a nuclear reactor to breed plutonium. So yes, a nuclear power station most certainly can be an illegal nuclear weapons manufacturing site.

    We do not believe the same things. I have righteous conviction that America needs to shape up and live up to the greatness of our ideals. You laugh and giggle at the chance to berate America about things that are not even remotely correct.

    And yes, illegal was perfectly valid, and much more correct than enemy. That scene was not an American hypocrisy. You are just wrong.

    The Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the one I already mentioned, the one that Libya signed, the one that makes it illegal for Libya to develop nuclear weapons.

    Not everyone appreciates how much damage the US does to its own culture by violating our own constitution, degrading our own freedoms and oppressing our own people. It isn't "deliciously ironic", it is a damned tragedy that America isn't living up to its ideals.

    I am an American patriot and I do not agree with what a lot of what my government does. What I find offensive is people making the wrong arguments against the US and doing so with glee.
