Mmm.. Debian. Yup, its about the only distrib I quite like, apart from maybe one built from scratch.
Debian is very BSDish.. the the transition to *BSD from Debian is much smoother than say from something like Redphat imo...
It seems that Linux has gone from a "hobby" operating system, (hence why Linus created it) to more of a take-over-Windows desktop-OS.
I recently changed over to FreeBSD myself, as the recent distribs of Linux just dont have the 'feel' I used to love, and was the reason why I loved Linux so much.
Don't get me wrong, I can still use Linux the way I used to, its just that its general direction seems to be wholly changing.
Meybe Linus is getting distracted from his original ideas?
There are also various programs available to do that.. I believe M$ were working on one for a while.. not sure if the option in IE was the result or not though.
