Actually my Brighthouse Cable is 10 mbt I also have a 1 mbt ADSL at a differnent location. Cable is 10 bucks cheaper. Cable has been out once in going on 4 years.My SBC ADSL is out at least once every 3 months and needs repair to lines external to my site. I get dumped at least once a day and it is 15 bucks more a month. (No cable to get at that location.) DSL sucks ass. No it's not SBC (Who also sucks ass) ADSL/Copper lines suck ass.
This is how RF packet radio networks function. Unless you give each user a RF channel of their own it slows down and plain stops sometimes. I have a DSL account that 1mbt is about my average download speed. Why is this something to whine about?

It's not anyones problem if people are too stupid to register their vote, don't do it carefully, don't follow instructions or otherwise spoil their ballot but their own problem. They have plenty of time to do it correctly register their vote so it counts.
Paper ballots kept under observation offer less chance of fraud, can be audited, and are the best and most economic choice.
I am a firm believer in paper ballots counted by hand under full view of observers independent of the counting process.

Learning and passing the Morse requirement to get my Amateur Radio Operators License from the FCC was one of the most crappy experiences of my life. I wanted to do RTTY and that was my reason for getting my Ham ticket. I still do FSK 45 baud RTTY when I can get a chance. Now PSK31 is in and is almost as good as CW for weak signal and narrow bandwidth. The only thing I use a CW key for tuning up. I have no intentions of wrecking my internet experience by adding a key to my computer some how.
