I agree, bad films are very entertaining. I dont know if I would consider Ewe Bolle on the same level as Ed Wood though. Ewe Bolle movies are so bad that they are funny, but Ed Wood movies are so bad that while still funny, they become art. 'Glen or Glenda' is good (or rather so bad it is good) but Plan 9 from Outer Space (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052077/)is his best (worst) movie IMHO.
No,it's not capitalism. Under 'pure capitalism' there would be no taxes, no bizzare tax code and the only way to make money from a movie would be for it to make more money than you invested.
