Of of the top of my head, an act passed in 1978 prohibits the military CIA and NSA from suveilling, intentionally or not, any US citizen. That power in the US gov't is given solely to the FBI. At least, I had to sign that I understood that act every year I was in Mil. Int.
My point was: according to the description, if something is very popular, you must have a minimum number of points to even post ANYTHING. You are shut out of the thread if you do not.
Based on this system, when Linus Torvalds decides he wants to make a relevent post to the super popular Linux related thread, he cannot because he is new and his points fall below the normal curve. There's got to be something better
"but if the planets, Mars included, formed by accretion of dust particles in space around the early Sun"
Recent discoveries of other stars' planets have null and voided the accreetion disk theory. It is dead in the water. We now know less than five years ago.
this letter to RS customer service should absolve me from all guilt if they don't reply.
"I was never informed when I got my "free" scanner that it was not really mine and that I was subject to a lisence I never saw and was not told existed. You should be ashamed for cohorting with a company like this. I still have not seen the license, and so will use my:CueCat however I see fit. If you do not agree to this, and want it back, email me (yes, this is my real information: I'm not scared) and I will take it back to the store which gave it to me."
