Those are called community calls, where the distance is not long enough for it to be a STD call, but it is to far for a local call. I get the same thing when i have to ring a friend who is 50km away here in southern tasmania, we are both in the 03 62-xxx-xxx number prefix:(
Im live in Tasmania, a state of Australia. The only people talking about the new net censorship are mostly sys admins, the public was hardly informed about this new legistration both before and after it was past'ed. And in reply to the nudity question, we have similar rating systems to the US on television, ie a show with nudity gets a M rating (M = 15+), a show with lots of nudity get a MA rating (MA = 18+) etc etc.
not to mention their join/part floods, abusive wallops and other things, there was something like a 1/20 troll/ok person ratio in the channel.
