Foreigners blame some of the more crass elements of american culture on all americans, but in truth overly broad generalizations are built into the fabric of non-us countries cultures.
It is your culture. You make it what it is.
The truth is, that all foreigners (damn foreigners) make overbroad generalizations and accuse anyone and everyone of anything. You incite flamewars and have bad dental hygeine, while mocking all that is true and good in the world (go, america!).
Yeah, American culture is a open sewer which exists for one purpose: Fleece the cretinous U.S population of as much money as possible - but hey, that's OK because... you've got good dental work.
The really worrying thing I found while reading the article, was how little innovation there is in cache design. Small improvements yes, but little in the way of real root and branch rethinking.
The basic idea of a cache - keeping the most used objects sitting within easy reach - is as old as humanity.

Virtually none of the people spouting such crap had inspected the source for trojans, or were even capable of doing so.
