    Unlike the telcos, each of those companies you listed include those in the price you pay. IOW, they don't advertize one price and then charge you 20% more later.

    That is what pisses people off and it may be illegal.

    The telcos can still itemize all they want IF they tell people what they are doing. But they aren't, they are tacking on all these charges after the fact and not including them in the prices they advertize. This is different than sales tax in that sales tax is the same for all goods in the same catagory and doesn't vary from company to company.

    All the phone companies have to do is advertize what they will charge you. As it is now, they lie and 'forget' to include all the fees/taxes when the advertize their prices.

    It isn't that they all these extra fees, it's that they are saying their service only costs X when it really costs X+20%.

    You do understand that Bush and his people have been in office for more than 3 years and haven't done a damn thing to change it. Isn't it funny how most of the things the GOP complained about clinton doing they haven't done a damn thing to change.

    The NSA has their own small scale fab to make their own custom chips. Hell, they do not every try to keep it secret and have let more than one file crew film part of it.

    They can design all the custom chips they want with their rather large budget.

    Try posting anything that isn't 1000% positive about apple, they go insane. I posted something last night and they mod bombed posts I made years ago so much that I was unable to post for abou 12-18 hours. Even the antigun people aren't that bad (yes, I have ran into them also)

    Perhaps if you rephrased you statement to be less broad it would better convey what you are trying to say.

    Some principles are worth keeping and you statement says that NONE are.

    I don't know where to start, but till you correct such basic errors as the RIAA being involved in DVD's (it's the MPAA) I will not respond, other than to say that Apple using the DMCA (if they go to court and win) helps provide president that will be used to inforce the DMCA in the future.
