    I live in reality. And the reality is that the vast majority of torrents contain pirated files. Anyone looking for legal content will already be smart enough to find it via other methods.

    You have no idea what AD Rights management is for. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rights_Management_Services It is about companies protected their trade secrets and confidential data. It isn't about stopping you from stealing something off of the piratebay. What NAP really is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_Access_Protection It is about ensuring that the client is configured correctly and secure before connecting to a corporate network. I fail to see why this is a bad thing. And what is wrong with securing user data in a Medical Research Environment?

    How about if you don't want to use the "DRM" you simply don't use it? It being on the processor will not harm you.

    Why not use Windows 7 and give them an account with limited rights. Rather hard to break it that way.

    Then why isn't East Texas hit by rolling power outages and a lack of maintenance? AEP/Swepco does more tree trimming then most of the other utilities in the state and they are regulated and still manage to make a healthy profit. How do you explain that?

    East Texas is still regulated. We pay AEP/SWEPCO less then 10 cents per KW/h during the summer and less than 9 cents per KW/h during the winter. Tyler Texas has portions that are in the regulated area and portions that are in the unregulated area. The regulated are has much more growth than the nonregulated area IIRC.
