1. Paper need to be traceable. Like money it need to have serial number build into the paper with lenght markers. Serial number are given to one machine and are recorded. Sign by both parties.
2. A receit to take home. That has all vote the machine counted so far time and dated. Is plain text how many people voted. Encrypted for each iteam. The key is publish went the polls close. You can then scan you voting receit to find out the information hidding on it.
3. The voting system need to be GNU. Fully open nothing hidden.
With an antennas the size and lenght is base off of wave size. If the size is right the antennas get twice the amount of gain. Also the directors and reflector need to be base off of wave size.
Well if you run sendmail look in the sendmail.mc file with fedora and you will see this:
dnl # dnl # The following causes sendmail to additionally listen to port 587 for dnl # mail from MUAs that authenticate. Roaming users who can't reach their dnl # preferred sendmail daemon due to port 25 being blocked or redirected find dnl # this useful. dnl # DAEMON_OPTIONS(`Port=submission, Name=MSA, M=Ea')dnl
I have to disagree with you because MS has all most all of the desktop market. How about what MS has done too:
DR-DOS - Would not run under 95 because of a TSR that look for DR-DOS
Stacker - Added to DOS 6.0 to kill them
Netscape - IE for FREE with OS
OS/2 - OS2 and Win 3.1 was going to come out at the same time. MS did not wait.
Lotus 123 - The OS is not done until Lotus does not run.
Word Perfect - Lets give Word with the OS to lock people in.
Java - Lets change the stander so MS JAVA would not run on any other platform.
Is Real Audio or Google next?
If there was five large companies making an OS systems, I would now have a problem with them adding new stuff. But when one company has 90% of the market and killing anyone else that might have a good idea. I have a real problem with them.
If you look at the pricing of MS it is starting to come down because of Linux. I have seen MS paid to fix problems with their systems because the company was going to switch to Linux for that service. There servers are going over slower to Linux now. It would have been faster if MS was not helping.
I think the writing is on the wall we just need to wait.
Did not M$ learn any thing from the Intel serial number in the processor, killing there sells. The only reason that M$ does not want to do the DRM in the OS is that it does not want to have to share the APIs ( because of antitrust ) and can lock in people to M$ to look at there own documents if you go to switch to Linux that your will loose your documents.
I have taken the LPI 101,102 beta tests and I only passed 102 tested. The 101 test ask some very out of the way questions like: What command give you a list of all running process with out and command line switches? Stuff I never uses day to day. I have also taken the Brainbench tests ID number 49992. If you go there you many have to loaded it about 5 time to get it, NT is running it.:-)
If you ask me the Brain Bench's test are more real world.
Well if you want to know what is in a Duracell look here.
Duracell.com
Alkaline Manganese Dioxide is what is used. The cheap batteries are made from zinc-carbon.
Paper is not whole answer. here is why

I guess Intel just want to die. This will kill their sells. I guess you do not need sells as long as M$ keep paying the bills.
With an antennas the size and lenght is base off of wave size. If the size is right the antennas get twice the amount of gain. Also the directors and reflector need to be base off of wave size.
Does this help.....

Well if you run sendmail look in the sendmail.mc file with fedora and you will see this:

Let Microsoft/Phoenix kill themselves.
