Yes, but when they created this law they left an option available where employers could "request" that employees sign a document stating that they didn't mind working more hours. It is very easy for an employer to make sure that it is signed i.e. give out an extra stock issue on signing as a sweetner and at the same time make it obvious that not signing won't do you any favours. Sucks but what can you do.
It's not worth replying to flamebait AC's like this.
I think if nothing else there is going to have to come a time where the line is drawn and these companies are given a clear message that the GPL is not there to be stomped over whenever they feel like it. This sort of thing has to be dealt with otherwise it will only happen more often.
Perhaps this is the time, perhaps it isn't. It's got to be Debian's call.
That's what the beta period is for. It's better to let a few people find all the obvious bugs before releasing a public beta otherwise you end up getting a million bug reports straight away, all reporting the same obvious bugs.
In practice it's not working out too well though. To cover the extra functionality the notes client offers over a browser they are using java for everything which is slow as shit. A great pity since as a mainly Solaris based organisation we are now having to look for an alternative to Notes.
I'd suggest you just have a bad Notes sysadmin then. In all my experience of notes I've practically never seen a mail go missing & all mail arrives at it's destination mailbox instantly. If mail is taking any time to get to the recipent then I'd guess you have some sort of mail routing issues. Not the fault of Notes, more the fault of the people who set it up or who maintain it.

:)
That's the way I read it anyway
A few of the future crew guys went onto form Remedy Entertainment. They were/are working on an FPS called Max Payne.
A couple of them were also working on a 3d chip called Pyramid 3d which was demonstrated but never appeared.
