The role of governemnt is clearly layed out in The Constitution, and some of its limitations are enumerated in The Bill of Rights. Take a minute to read them, as they are short. At the minimum read the Bill of Rights take a look at Article I and see what the government is and isn't allowed to do.
It is not the Libertarian Party granting power to the states and not the federal government, it is the Constitution. Article I says what the Federal Governemnet can and can't do, and the 10th amendment covers the rest:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
It seems that we have gotten so used to the government breaking the rules that we now expect it.
I've recently found that I was not a good fit for the two major parties, and when I found the Libertarian Party, I saw why. It is a pretty simple view. If it is not in the Constitution, they can't do it. The key phrase is "The govenment shall make no law".
Inside the bundle of sticks were Teeth. As the bindings for the bundle of sticks and the pouch that held the teeth were made froma plaid shirt that looked like Josh's, I assume they belonged to Josh.
That was Mike in the corner (the black hat). This point leads me to believe the entity behind the activity has some super natural aspect. Mike knew what standing in the corner meant, and would not do so wilingly. There was no time to prop him up if he was knocked out/dead, so the only thing I am left with is he was under a spell of some sort.
Figures in the trees? NO clue on them. Just damn creepy.
