What about rules of evidence? I mean, his testimony is more or less inadmissable as there's nothign to back it up. Now if they had 20 people say "we all saw this and what not" then maybe.
Is this just more of they typical ignorant right wing "The Internet is turning our children into columbine killers" crap again? Since when did non-violent protesting become a misdemeanor?
Where are the founding fathers when you need them the most?

This is also the first Operating system released by an established company that has a large market share (yes, yes, I use Linux as well as Mac and Windows and I am aware of it's market share, etc. etc.) that can be picked up by someone who has just bought a computer and someone who is a high end system op who wants to pull up a bash prompt and go nuts.
My personal joy of playing with DP3 was that a Developer Preview was more stable than a final release of OS 9. Of course, legacy OS code of 17 years doesn't add to stability.
I'm just glad I've got my BSD back end

The idea of.xxx or.sex and the use of them points to two things in my mind:
1.) a better way for the determining of content. Of course this would require legislation and therefore yet another agency reviewing usage of any given site applying for some domain. We've already got enough government. And honestly, is whitehouse.com going to give up that easily? Doubtful at best.
2.) just another way for monitoring/censoring software to restrict content. boo hiss
I agree we need some new ones, but some of these are completely ludicrous. Can i get.bobo? please?
