I mean, sheesh, why encourage intellectual thinking, then they might actually come up with some ideas of their own...

In fact, wait a second, what if someone tried to make virtual areas libraries, what if the WWW was claimed to be a LIBRARY... then, all those copyrighted materials would be protected and used and we would lose all our IP cases...
Then there would be no more IP in Cyberspace problems....
