    Uh, it's pretty well known that 6 of the top 10 H1-B consumers are companies BASED in Inda. Amazon is not even in the top 20. Neither is Facebook or Apple.

    1) construct frictionless infrastructure for taking consumers' money
    2) make them pay for the infrastructure
    3) take their money using said infrastructure

    Bonus: somehow make them wax rhapsodic over how wonderful said infrastructure is
