The main principle behind this idea is to remove all interaction by the user in the purchasing of products at an E-Commerce site. All users chosen for the system would have be run though a formula to make sure they can't afford a lawyer. Then by using a database of the users personal information collected from as many sources as possible, the No User E-Commerce system will choose the highest priced items in the sites catalog that the user might purchase if given the chance. These items would then be charged to the users credit card and then shipped to the users home address by the most costly means. If the user chooses to return the item they would be direct to an endless procedure to receive permission to return said items. By the time they have completed these steps their 30-day return period would be over. If the user does manage to get the item returned in time a hefty restocking fee will be charged.
No need for any clicks, or mouse movements, no need to even visit the website the products just show up on your doorstep. The legality of this will be taken care of by a simple Microsoft style software licensing agreement that takes effect the moment the package is opened.
