the reason why Quake bot are good is because they are IN the game. the real quake bot test would to run it on seperate computer with a video camera to watch the screen and an adpator to use the keyboard. If you made a Quake bot that actually played quake like a player does, you would a better indiction how a robot would handle real combot. My guess is very poorly, like a squirrel with a M-16. I think the future is remote piloting.
The Greens want to take power from the corporations and give it to the people.
The Libertarians want to take power from the government and give it to people.
Because the corporations have bought out government, a decease in power of the gov can be thought of decease in power for corps and vice versa.
From a third party protest vote perpective it makes no differance which you vote, because in the near future neither will have the power to bring their full agenda in reality. But voting for them does say that you are against the forces that would give away our freedoms in return a life-time supply of turtle wax. And in the event minor candidates get elected they can start to slow the damage being done by the Corporate Employees pretenting to politians.
P.S. Go to the U.N. website and read the U.N. Charter. It reads like a course in "FASCISM 101". They give you your rights and they can take them away when ever they feel like it. Meaning you have no rights under the U.N.
1) We work for them...therefore, you can decide that you will not work for a corporation that is abusing its power or you can work to change that. Most worker bees don't know what's going on in every aspect of company. It's unrealistic to expect Jill in accounting to quit in protest when Bob in research shreds data that shows that their product causes cancer, especially since she doesn't know that data exists. 2) We finance them...most big corporations are publicly funded. If you disagree with a corporate viewpoint, perhaps you should stop funding them. The above arguement applies to the share holders also. Big Coporate behavior is basic mob mentality. The bigger they are, the more just they believe themseleves to be. Normally ethical people will bend their ethics by rationalizing "It's for the good of Team!". But they find themseleves on a team of criminals. The Uberpersons known as Corporations are a shield to prevent real people from being held accountable their actions.
When the Uberpersons are allowed to make profit at any cost, the people will pay that cost, weither in money or in suffering.
Corporations are not people. I have no problem with the death of unpersons. All you would have to do is pull the corporate charter for a few of reckless ones, and they are dead. The rest would see this and give a second thought to engaging in questionable activities. This would be far more effective then suing them for billions of dollars.
