This maybe be the case to a certain extent, but from the sounds of it the Intel 64-x86 extentions have been in development for quite some time now, they just havn't been talking about it. I'm not so sure they will have to play catch up at all. Also the Yamhill could be a good transistion processor while the IA64 architechure matures. Not to mention the current implementations of IA64 are targeted for high end server applications and not the consumer and low to mid range server market. There is even the possiblity the two could coexist.
Actually Lexis does own some of the content they provide, via a subsidary called Lexis Publishing. Alot of the information is licened but that is no different than West.
Alcohol, nicotine, caffine, all drugs all legal, there is already a double standard. More people die each year from alcohol and nicotine, than ever had died from pot(there isn't a documented case that anybody has died directly from the use of marijuana.)
"Fact is in the light of competition Intel has turned out to be a bunch idiots riding a monopoly gravy train whose only answer to competition is to crash the market so they are not the only ones loosing fscking shareholder value."
One question, if AMD has 40% of the market share, how is it that Intel can be a monopoly??
Character alone does not make a good president, the fact that Bushs fiscal plans are clearly allinged with the super-wealthy scare me greatly. I don't want a president who caters to large corporations and the elite. And the fact that he didn't release Social Security IS a federal progam further proves his ignorance, do you really want this man handling foreign policy when he dosen't understand the strucure of his own government.

Representitives from all candidates will be present for the recount, also it dosn't say that Butterworth is in "charge" of the ballot counting.
