OK, this is a bunch of crap. I personally work for @home and it is not true.We are instructed to spend as much time with the customers to find out what the problem is and do what we can to fix it. there are times when the problem is on our side and we are not ashamed to admitt and say that we are working on it. with every isp there is never perfectin but when it comes to customer service we are one of the best. we spend as much time taking care of each of our customers and making sure that each of our customers are satisfied. we are NEVER told to lie to our customers.
