some deny the fact that their is a much faster change since the industrial revolution, which has nothing to do with slow change occurring in billions of years.
PowerShell? You mean the scripting language which is useless because by default Windows can't even run unsigned scripts? No thanks, I will stick to.cmd
Applied practically, that means you could walk into a cafe and your device would automatically connect to a network -- no annoying password necessary
Why would a cafe need a password? Are those leeching in front of the cafe to get WiFi without buying anything a real problem? And if it is, aren't they smart enough to walk in to get the password and walk out again without buying anything?
Snowy roads and poor visibility doesn't change anything. Just get winter tires (and no, AWD is no replacement for winter tires). Cold temperature tend to affect battery however. It means less range, but on the other hand means more battery longevity. Also it makes the air denser, which in turns means you need more power to keep a car at constant speed, which means even less range.
The Ford fusion starts at $22.2k according to Ford.com. A Fusion is not a bad car, but it's no entry luxury such as BMW 3, Audi A4, etc. which is the real competition for the Model 3. Texas is rather small compared to many other places. Still, size of your state doesn't matter. Why would you always stay in your state to begin with?
No - it's the average price for a 3-Series BMW, or a Mercedes C-Class level car, and aside from the 0-60 performance, the Model E doesn't come close to either.
I agree. Uber is a major lobby firm, not a tech firm. Their business is to lobby the different government levels worldwide into changing regulations in order to allow taxi service without license and insurance.
Still.. no one seems to have answered the fundamental question of who is going to pay for the web.
That fundamental question has been answered long ago. Most web sites are crap. I couldn't care less if they die. Web sites survive because they sell something and/or make a commission (Amazon, eBay) or because they help selling (Samsung, your bank). Some web sites are just fine with being run for free or with donations (blogs, wikipedia).
In the end, it's not my problem if I block ads and you don't. Just like it's not my problem if you watch TV commercials (without mute or fast-forward) and stop to read every time you see an ad when driving your car. In the end advertisers are going to make more money with you than with me and there is nothing wrong with it. Advertisers never had a guaranteed return on their investment.
I'll believe it when the Christians, Buddhists, and Jews start repeatedly shooting people and blowing themselves up because someone drew a fucking cartoon.
So what? Even if 99% of the Muslims were terrorists, the other 1% would still have the right to live in respect and freedom.

are you seriously using the perfect solution fallacy?
Not exactly. Some people are denying the fact that the climate is changing, no matter if it is anthropogenic or not.
I won't buy a phone unless it runs Linux. Oh wait...
your provider must be very good at filtering SMS spam because they endup in the same mailbox
no matter what the exact conditions are, it's a limitation not present in bash or cmd.exe

This is doable on LTE.
Is it worth it to piss off your customers with passwords? How many non-customers do they avoid because of that? What is the impact on the bandwidth?

Doesn't make it a rational market
Neither does making gas available for cheap and forcing your pollution to others. Still, it's the logic used in most of the world.
yeah, beacause oil production doesn't destroy millions of hectares of habitat: http://extremeenergy.org/files...

How so?
they even offer the option to block ads.
Therefore it's negotiated exactly the same way (exclusive rights) no matter if it's streaming over the Internet or regular TV.
you have to pay for most TV channels...
Streaming isn't like television, where two channels in the same market can't both have broadcast rights to show the same program.
Why not?

A resistor is now considered intelligence?
Can't a compliant cable be made for $3 in China?
you can also have a bad LCD...
