How are the laws bullshit? Do you even understand why the medallion system was implemented? I'll give you a hint, it has nothing to do with so-called taxi cartels.
Seriously revisionist. Also the "battle flag" only had 2 years use during the Civil War, after which it really wasn't seen outside of a few peoples private homes. It wasn't until the 60's when it had it's huge resurgence (placed on sate flags and such). I wonder what else happened in the 60's that caused the resurgence.
prospective owners will have to 'earn' an opportunity to buy the phone by playing an interactive origami game. Players are limited to three chances per day and this is the only way to buy the smartphone as it will no go on wider sale at a later date
It's in the summary, but maybe a link to the game you have to play to win an invite.

I think i'll pass, from the sounds of it, there will be very few made, so 1 no accessories (no cases, no screen protectors, yada yada yada), 2 extremely limited support (think weeks if something goes wrong and you have to get warranty service). 3, it's 1 of 3 Ubuntu phones, so no native apps.
What are you smoking? The Atrix came, from Motorola, with Webtop, a version of Ubuntu. It was a desktop when you plugged it into the dock accessory.
"The Atrix 4G was one of the first Motorola devices to ship with its Webtop platform. When the phone is placed into its HD Multimedia Dock or Laptop Dock accessories, the user can access an Ubuntu-based desktop featuring access to the phone and its applications via the Mobile View'application, integration of Android notifications into the desktop, multimedia playback through Entertainment Center, file management through Nautilus, and the Firefox web browser (along with support for Prism for the site-specific browsers used on Webtop mode).[19]
In September 2011, Motorola released the source code of the Webtop software on SourceForge.[20]"
The hack was created by Fenny from XDA, that allowed access to Webtop without purchasing the dock accessory.
Don't argue, I am right, I have an Atrix sitting in my desk at home. I am very familiar with the phone and it's hacks.
That wasn't a hack. That was a selling feature. The hack (which had nothing to do with Ubuntu btw, it was done by some guy on the XDA boards.) was to enable the linux desktop without the dock accessory.
Let's not forget the whole medallion system was created in NYC because in the 30's there were so many cabs that emergency vehicles had trouble moving around the city, among other reasons such as the public was worried about maintenance on the taxis and that the drivers were working 16 to 18 hours a day. The other option besides the medallion system was to have the city take over the cabs.
1 A Briitish newspaper owned by an American Company, that is owned by and American (sorry Murdoch is not an Aussie any more, hasn't been for 20 years), suing another American company.
Your just confused by... actually I have no idea why you got this so fucking wrong.
I am pretty sure that First Look Media is an American Company, so the alleged infringement happened in America, hence the application of the DMCA. Pretty easy to follow logic, not sure why it escaped you.
But in what world does GitHub have a value of 2 Billion dollars? Do they have some hidden patent portfolio we don't know about?

Get the science right. High Fructose is not "concentrated sugar" and that is not why it is bad for you. Glucose is the preferred sugar, your brain and muscles can use it directly. Fructose can only be metabolized in the liver, it also produces more fat, but the primary reason it is a problem is unlike glucose, it does not cause insulin to be released or stimulate production of leptin, a key hormone for regulating energy intake and expenditure.
Table Sugar (sucrose) is basically a combination of fructose and glucose. Which means you get your energy from the glucose and the fructose gets turned into fat, which in itself is a good thing until you overdo it.

Just because a farm spreads out over several states does not mean it's not a farm anymore.
You mean back when San Francisco had a soul. Back when artwork like "Defenestration" was created, when the city had life and diversity, and a thriving artistic and music scene? Oh the horrors.

Let's watch a bunch of non-lawyers argue which ignorant lack of understanding of the law shows why the Supreme Court is wrong.

No really the surface is well designed hardware. But I would say Microsoft should get back to making gaming hardware.

So wait. Google took the url from him and gave it to Lush, but it's up to Lush to give it back. Isn't that a big ole FUCK YOU from Google.

Can't compete with Uber because Uber doesn't play by the rules.
Please explain how implementing the medallion system was a bad law. Be prepared to include how the system was prior to the medallion system.

Fair use is never a cut and dry issue and the copyright owner has every right to contest the usage.

So being tolerant means letting people walk all over you?
Son?

And a lot of experience.
I do, it's called a vivid imagination.
If they refuse to pay royalties then how can they legally provide the music?
