    What are you talking about? This has absolutely nothing to do with executive privilege. This is a power that Congress gave to the FCC a long ass time ago. To classify and regulate communications. It's what they were created to do.

    No they charge you a fee for maintenance of said pipes (also to cover the initial cost of laying them), and they also charge you for the water you use.

    According to who? If OpenGL is so much better then why do 98% of the games on the windows platform use DirectX. Hell even the games that have OpenGL support (Half Life 2, Left 4 Dead, Far Cry, Dead Island, I could go on) only use it for the OS X and Linux ports. Even if they offer OpenGL on the Windows platform they usually default to DirectX. So in the face that almost EVERY game developer for Windows chooses DirectX over OpenGL, why would I believe you when you say OpenGL is better?

    We are, because the current status of internet providers has always left a lot to be desired. Hell half of you thought internet providers were already common carriers at least that was the argument here 5 or more years ago. So we are finally going to get to the point that everyone was screaming for last decade.

    Since during the beginning of this argument mobile broadband was being excluded, I think the mentioning of mobile broadband means it is going to be included with the wired variants. I am not sure why this idea that it would only effect mobile broad band got started. It's either you haven't been following the discussion or you have been confused by, or are trying to start some FUD.
