    Check the EULA, if you are agreeing to give them access to the the info the app provides, HIPAA no longer applies, because you gave them permission by agreeing to the ToS...

    We had a simple solution, don't shop at Radio Shack.

    In the even we needed something we couldn't fins elsewhere, we'd lie through our teeth.

    I notice a LOT fewer Radio Shack stores anymore. Wonder what the correlation might be?

    Go shoplift the same song or movie from a store.

    Not using the silly fingerprint scanner in the first place. They don't need your help to press your finger to a fingerprint reader.

    They don't have mindreading yet, so a good password still works wonders.

    Go extreme and get your phone set up to wipe if the passcode doesn't get entered at least once every X days....

    If I want to buy a product or service, I'll research it. Ads are mostly shit and always will be (there are a few that are entertaining, but most are just purely annoying)

    Yeah, the bandwidth issue is important, I just usally don;t think about it due to having a fast connection at home and a company provided smartphone.

    But yeah, good point on the Bandwidth issue

    Considering the surveillance state most of the world has become, consult the traffic cams, if the person hit by a vehicle was paying more attention to their phone, it's all their fault. They pay their own medical bills, and they pay to repair the damage they did to the car (unless there is proof that the car was driving illegally)
