Blah well I spent a long ass time looking for the lyrics to "pulling on the boots" to interject here but apparently they aren't available online... go watch romper stomper again if you want to hear them I guess... It's the song that keeps going "skinhead! skinhead!" in it... I'm 100% against WP but it's a pretty good song...
It is not obvious it could easily be abused. How could it easily be abused in ways that the old law couldn't have been? What is the difference between them "finding" something bad under you couch that they planted the day before and office bob coming to your place, handing you a warrant, taking something bad out of his pocket and then saying to officer joe "now, we found this under his couch, didn't we officer joe wink wink"
Maybe you should lay off the crack long enough to realized he meant he didn't want pathological examples but legitimate examples that would impact honest citizens.
And I bet if searching even with a warrant had been illegal before this legislation and now it was ruled legal but only with a warrant you'd be bitching except saying "to me, having my house searched by police is unreasonable". I'll bet you dollars to donuts that your house will never be searched.
I give you mad props... this is the question I've been asking ever since people started getting pissed about the bill and have yet to get an answer (and from the look at the replies you've gotten, my waiting period will continue)...
A larger cop-out has never been heard... Oh, and nice try to divert the issues with the anti windows rant which is 1) not relevant (how the OS cleans up after an application is not the issue) 2) not relevant (we're talking about open source versus closed source, not linux versus windows), oh and 3) not correct (I haven't had what you're describing happen to me in a long time).
I understand the point you're failing to make, but how do you know that windows apps aren't encountering the same types of bugs as in the linux cases, yet simply failing to print out the error messages (because they check if they were compiled debug mode or release mode) or that they have such minor bugs ironed out, and only encounter a problem when something goes seriously wrong?

Actually, my father's side came over on the mayflower...
Ahh I see... a search on google reveals very clearly who I am... didn't realize that...
Heh, how do you know who I am? Not like I've really tried to keep my identity a secret though...

Then point at a problem this causes wiseguy...
This isn't a case of love it or leave it... it's a case of show us what is broken or stfu

Wow 74 days... and heavily loaded too...
Perhaps that discount was for only partially functioning keyboards
Well, guess it depends how you're judging things... I don't find pointing out that something is a troll to really be 'falling for it'...
Keep practicing your trolling... it's obvious this is a troll from the way you're writing, even if we totally ignore the content...
Also, given that major paradigm shifts in microprocessors are occuring at this imstant, I'd say you're wrong for that reason too...
