What a horrible disease this is. I'm so proud of the scientists working on ways to fight it, and wish them all success.
Do they want zombies? Because I'm pretty sure this is how you get zombies. :)
I use Mediatomb from my Linux Mint box. If I recall correctly, I had to edit a conf file to get it to work with my PS3, but I don't think it was too involved to set up.
