    your argument doenst prove the sysop wrong ... maybe the flks in the meetings were just people asking *very* stupid questions. if they laid him off just because they make them realize their stupidness ... i cant they that would be his fault.

    after 3 years on a help desk i can assure you that there is no question too dumb to ask. and like 95% of the questions asked are standard questions explained in the manuals.

    ppl need to read (the fine manual)

    Kaspersky anti virus pops up immediately and stops further execution of the javascript. you then can delete it and none of the links on the page work, so no minesweeper or google cookies for me ...

    ... bpjs! The german Bundesprüfstelle für jungendgefährdende Schriften reviews games upon request if they endanger people younger than 18 years. They do (in their opinion) if they contain too much gore or glorify cruelty. They than are "indiziert". Which means you cant put up ads for it anymore, put it in your store shelfs or sell it to people younger than 18 (id required). But with steam there are no store shelfs, no german retails, whose store shelfes one could search or anything. What will they do against this? ;-)

    Sorry, i think you are missing a point here ... If you had a proportional representation smaller parties would have a chance to get elected to congress or whatever. In the long run they may even get a chance to have a candidate for presidency with a *real* chance. The majority vote system promotes two party systems. So if you're all for freedom of choice you might consider to give the people a little more choice. Eventually more americans would get interested in politics if there was more competition. And maybe that would lead to a higher voter turnout . cu

    Will you americans finally modernize your political system ? Maybe anything other than majority vote system will give you ppl a little more choice. The whole thing kinda reminds of that little story of Douglas Adams of the Planet where men a rules by reptiles. They always vote for reptiles instead of the right man because they are afraid the wrong reptile gets elected. Whereas all those reptiles aren't too good as politicians....
