I have a blackberry pearl. 6 months old. I JUST downloaded two of the apps they say won't work. They BOTH work fine. I have the blackberry data plan and run these and other internet apps fine. Maybe we need a clarification on what the actual issue IS...
What we need is someone with a zune to download Universal music to his zune that he has not paid for. He can then say, he paid the pirate tax so he's entitled.
If he's sued by universal, then Apple would look at the tax and say, "what for?, what does an ipod player GET for the tax?"
