The main places are Paris, Toulouse (better weather) and Grenoble (Les Alpes). You can find a job in a "societe de service" such as ATRAN, ATLEN... as long as your french is good enough to pass the interview.
However most of the jobs are around Paris witch is a crowded city an the tax level is the main reason why I decided to leave France for California.
