Much back peddling and redevelopment had to be done and is still going on now. All on the licence payers dime.

I stare wordlessly at people who misuse the word passion for an inappropriate amount of time. Very quickly they realise what they have done wrong.
Actually it works for all of the abused words. Innovation, solutions, synergy etc.
