I remember when someone wanted guidance counselors to to go over what the student wanted to major in, and what their career prospects and potential earnings would be. There was a big outcry from people upset that nobody would want to major in "studies" classes if they knew that they wouldn't be getting any good jobs.
I don't think you understand. If I were to put a drain in the side of a wall, I would be an idiot, but had I gone to art school first, then it would wind up in the Carnegie Museum of Art (yes, this was art)
It's the difference between a physical and non physical item. A passphrase isn't physical, and is protected, your finger print was probably already taken when they brought you in.
This is actually a good question. Just like when I have to type in my favorite book or street I grew up on to get into my bank account, my answers are rarely the actual answers to the question. So what if you used a different part of the body? Will the scanners pick up if you used a section of your palm? What about toes? Noses? Can I use my weiner?
Couldn't you also set up a sock puppet account to use to keep your anonymous fan page updated? You don't have to friend people or put any actual info in your account, just use it to update your hacking/revolution/secret society/terrorisim network/whistleblower/whatever page.
In that case, there is absolutely no private data anywhere since someone can always screen shot it or copy and paste something. But you are right, in most cases, private relies on other people not being dicks.
It's a localized monopoly. They are competing monopolies that have agreed not to actually compete with each other, only offering service within their turf. THis will make it a less local, and more national monopoly
Well, I'm pretty sure they weren't treated all that kindly while building the railroads.
Are you paying for that 1% improvement?
Verizon charges one for cell phones.

It's the degree that makes it into real art.
doing what?
If they try and force you, how difficult would it be to break your own finger and then claim brutality?

Unless you tell the police that you have a large sum of money on you

Just chew them off which ever finger print unlocks the phone. They don't get your info, and you get an insanity plea.
As long as they don't come up with anything like YOG-SOTHOTH, I think we're fine
and pay a restocking fee
What about using TOR through the proxy?

Also whether or not they retain the information, and what they do with it if they do.
not all twitter feeds are "public", and this would scrape data from any feeds that you have access to.
You can have a private twitter feed, can't you? This would also search any private feeds you have access to.
THIS EXACTLY! I know people that have two different cable providers so that they can watch ALL THE SPORTS.
That they were going to become Comcast customers after the merger.
See also, current gas prices
and when the cheapest plans go up in price? What happens then?
Or for allowing the merger to go through in any form
