I read the fine print on the back of one of the many credit card mailings I receive several times a month. It listed a special Toll-Free number you could call to get off of all the major credit reporting agencies' mailing lists.
Just dial 1-888-5OPTOUT
The downside is that you have to give your Social Security Number, but all the Credit Agencies have that already. You can opt to stop receiving Credit Card applications PERMANANTLY.
Does it work? Time will tell...
Dungeon Master for the Apple IIGS absolutely rocked. Back then, nothing beat wandering through a dark dungeon, hearing the "Woo Hoo!" from a Kleptomaniac, and suddenly finding your fighter sans sword. That, and the spell system... it got bad reviews in the gaming mags at the time, but I thought the system of building up spells by stringing elemental symbols together was great!

At least it made it to the runner-up list.
I thought for sure that when the article said "The most influential turn-based strategy game", it was going to be X-Com. I was wrong. What a downer!
In case you didn't know, the first 3 X-com games have been re-released, and given a nod by GameSpy.
Also, don't miss this X-Com Graphic Novel, all done in Legos!
