    coral bleaching is already no longer a localized event, but global phenomenon, with each event being larger or longer lasting than the previous.
    when the reefs go they trigger a cascade failure in their ecosystems.

    The CRA of 1964 only expounds on a specific interpretation and logical extension of the civil rights enumerated in the constitution. For reference, since you seem to need it, that's 1-10, 13, 14, 15, and a couple others.

    It also was merely one of several civil rights acts passed to expound upon and explain our civil rights.

    here, ill help:
    -energy from the sun, in various wavelengths, including IR, impacts the earth's surface
    -in turn, some portion of that is converted into heat (IR) in the process.
    -the surface then re-radiates that heat into the atmosphere and ultimately space
    -additional CO impedes that IR retransmission into space, preventing that energy loss
    -net energy increases, temps go up.

    The difference between weather and climate is one of scale. Either in area or time. Hurricanes and their affects are sufficiently large enough and long lasting enough to count as both weather AND climate.
