So we've got a movie that cost maybe $100,000 to make, and perhaps $500,000 to promote, along with a bit of time spreading hype.
I'd guess it was *a lot* less than that, think about it, they just went out in the woods for a few days, probably only required about two or three other people besides the characters, *the actors do the film work!* very cheap.
The fact is, it *is* an amature movie, but I think that the acting was amazing, much better then some big budget movies anyway (where there isnt' really much to work on anyway....)

This may contain light spoilers First of all, you should look at the movie before you make judgments. There were *no* "witches" in the film in any respect. Nothing was shown on camera except for the individual characters (except at the beginning with the interviews from towns people), there was no "witch" or anything like that

As for the "negative" connotations as a witch, you shouldn't call yourself one. The term "witch" has a clear denotation and connotation, and neither have anything to do with the pagan religion, just like the "hackers" you seek to take a term that means something else to most other people, and change there minds (although in the case of 'hackers' they have a legitimate claim, although words can have more then one meaning)

actualy, from what I've heard Navigator crashes more often on linux than it does on Windows. I always hear/.ers complain about Netscape crashing, but it only goes down about once a week or so on this box, IE *never* goes down.
I've heard navigator 4.6 was *really* bad, (I'm still using 4.01 or somthing, and that may be the only reason I don't use IE exclusively)
the underlying OS dosn't have anything to do with an applications stability. The only diffrence the OS makes is if it will bring down the OS with it. Linux and NT won't go down. 98 will almost never go down, 95 will probably not go down, and the mac OS will most likly go down.
