a few ounces of human ashes is not going to "contaminate" the whole moon. and anything that you could find out from one chunk of moon, you could ether find out from another, or isn't really worth knowing "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
He was, by a private company. but only into orbit, and they came back down, anyway. "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
an imporntant thing to remember is, you can't *actualy* use watter for fule. when you burn hydrogen, you create water. If you got that hydrogen from pure water to begin with, it means that at some point, you needed to crack that water into hydrogen and oxegen. The amount of energy that you get out will always be less then you put in. No matter what. I don't know why they are saying that they could use this water as fuel, unless NASA knows how to beat the second law of thermodynamics.... "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
Well, right now, we just don't know, one way or the other. if there is *a good reason* why there might be watter on the moon, the we should look. If someone just randomly said "there might be watter on the moon" with no resonable theory, it would be diffrent.
I *cannot* think of a good analagy right now, damn. "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
It's amazing, I guess. It appears Government stupidity is not limited to the US. I mean, for a Government to be so stupid as to hack for there own computers? not even I would do that..
I'm not sure if I believe this, personally. I mean, look at that article before on/. About the Info guy who broke into the same network Where the suspected Chinese spy had stored *tons* of nuclear weapons information on his insecure "white box"(Los Alamos, I think). It's posible that the chinese could just have easly broken into that, to get the latest nucliar secrets
I think the Chinese hackers are better then that. They did manage to get a lot of our stuff before, with out our knowledge. I don't think it was them.(or at least not the same agents)
Think about it, if you could hack into the Chinese computers, then *you* could pull this off. This could in fact be any organization or even an individual (Taiwan, a dissident, someone looking to start world war 3 for kicks?).
I don't think we can jump to any conclusions just yet. IMHO
Perhaps this was just a PR stunt by the NSA/DOJ/FBI/Al Gore (he created the internet, he must be a good hacker:P) To created the perceived need for the idiotic FIDNET...(They chose China beacuse the didn't want to look so supid as to be hacked by Iraq or Serbia....) "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
It could be an artifact of translation, She may have written the letter in german to begin with, or the site may have translated it back into english... I don't know.
I did find that a little odd to "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
well, I've got 1.03 gigabytes of MP3s on my computer, and I've "only" got a 31hour playlist (although not all of them are on the playlist) you would have about 16days worth of music without repeat.
Of couse *any* mp3 player could go "nonstop":) "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
I think that had more to do with athetics then anything else. would *you* like to haul around an 8" zip disk? I wouldn't. I mean look at lazer disks, no one ever got into them, dispite the wonderfull video quality. they were just *to* large. I personaly would like to see 2.5inch disks myself, like Sony MDs. who knows why he chose a penny, maybe he just thought it would be a good size, and that 180gb was plenty.... "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
the PR wasn't sent from andover, it was from someone else, totaly unrelated, I bet. "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"

Well, I leave my VCR on all the time, There's no real reason to turn it off the moter spins down, so the only power needed is running the power light. I have my antenas hooked to the VCR beacuse I lost my TV remote *years* ago (like when I was 12), anyway the VCR never really turns off anyway, as far as the computer part of it, it keeps going, and always displays the time. I leave my computer on to, better for cracking RC64:) "Subtle mind control? Why do all these HTML buttons say 'Submit' ?"
