Does the average fast food worker want to be a fast food worker? Of course not, it's one of those "someone's got to do it" type of positions.
more accurately, it's an "I've got to do something" type of position.
Anyway, they all get laid off and now there are 4 million people unemployed.
How do they get by?
It seems we have reached a two-fold intersection where: 1. Society could support/provide basic services to everyone 2. Automation actively reduces the number of jobs available
3. the people who should be working but aren't team up with the people who should be rich but aren't and they stage a revolution.

With the exception of helping others, I think the real problem is that the remaining work to be done requires significant training, natural talent, or high intelligence.
or interest! believe it or not 95% of people don't WANT to devote their lives to exploring the sciences!
One of the reasons i hate Google, along with Facebook and MS and Apple and many other software developers is the forced changes. If this is so good, why not explain your reasoning and allow for an opt-in?
because it's good for google but not for the user. why would somebody opt into this plan?
While it has always been assumed that a few sysadmins were reading your "private" emails, much as the postal inspector might open and re-seal your mail
Whaa??? now they know who sends me xmas cards and what my grandma is up to these days!!! what's next, responding to CC offers for me?
I doubt they would have patented it because then their work would be public. But I have no doubt they have reserves of purified polio in underground bunkers. Although you have to wonder if this is would be an effective wartime weapon. Surely something faster-acting and more challenging to inoculate against would be a better choice.
Thank you! You are a master communicator. I think your arguments come across especially rationally with the use of bold, italics and CAPS. All signs of truth and reasoned positions. I would like to subscribe to your newsletter.
perhaps he meant that much of today's aero technology and brainpower was developed through military and space programs. The 747 wasn't cut from whole cloth, rather the building block and people who designed it came from the military work. There's nothing wrong with this I think. It's also right to realize that a private company can design and build a new project like a rocket cheaper than a mil bureaucracy.
the best part about bureaucracy is if you drop that shit in WWF not only do you get mad points but uses a lot of excess values. inb4 7 letter limit - you'd have to play bureau first, then follow up with the -cracy add on later. it's like a hells yeah followed by a bitch please.
ho snap! It's like when super mario defeated bowser! or like when an incredible wii mario kart team of snowden and assange took down NSA using bitcoin shells. Now mario needs to free tea party land from the evil clutches of the repub-demo mono-party! using linux!
they're building like crazy. it's all $1m condos. developers want to maximize prices. are you suggesting that the city force developers to build housing for people 100k? sounds like communism to me. I'm not saying the govt could intervene, I'm just saying this is why people are pissed.
fine, then the 5%. The cutoff for the 5% is $160k, and the vast majority of googlers are above this. so the 5% can afford a 1br apartment. maybe even a 2br 1ba.
the city is building like crazy, but everything is $1m condos. believe it or not developers want to maximize profits. you're saying the city should force the developers to build affordable housing for people making 100k? that sounds like a lot of govt intervention to me.
I'm not saying the problem can be fixed, I'm just saying this is why people are pissed. it's not about google buses or taking ferries, and you're being purposefully obtuse if you suggest otherwise.
why would the weight of the platinum/iridium slug fluctuate? I could imagine the size fluctuating, but not the weight.

then who pays people's salary? it would have to be a socialist safety net system.
what about the benjamins? who pays for everybody's salary when they're all astronauts-in-training or ballerina instructors?
so instead of Denis Bergeron your name should be Penis Burgeoning. Pics or it didn't happen.
