Well, I am going to shamelessly plug my cloud hosting company, DigitalOcean. =]
We don't officially offer or advertise a DDoS mitigation service, but we do handle DDoS attacks and DO NOT charge for it. Just spoke to our Cloud Architect today and he informed me that he had to handle a DDoS attack today that took down someones site.
We feel it is the right thing to do.
