What he means is - don't juggle four in that way!
Juggle four by doing two in each hand, in a vertical plane parallel to your shoulders, the throws happening asynchronously. It's *way* easier than juggling 5, and similarly *way* easier than juggling 4 in a 5 pattern with one missing.
