You don't get to post an inflammatory comment, and then change it after the fact, making your esteemed opponent appear like an asshole for replying in kind. And similar other variations, where people change what they said, and not just fixing typos.
More like: if your favourite OS is the _cause_ of the error then never-ending arguments will be made that the error must generally be true for all computers and for any OS.
Can't mod you up since I've already commented. But I do think your joke is underrated. Almost as funny as the "war on errorism" joke earlier in these threads.
Let me guess: Systems were down momentarily while doing a hard reboot, hence the power "outage," in an attempt to resolve an otherwise unsolvable Windows computer glitch?
Manitoba is considered bilingual (or should I say 'bilingue'?) because the Supreme Court of Canada decided that they are because of how the Manitoba Act (part of the consitution) was written. The Manitoban gov't tried to officially make itself uni-lingual but the Court struck it down. An agreement was made to compromise whereby the provincial gov't agreed to provide gov't services in both languages. Also they have French/French Immersion public schools available to those who want it.
I prefer to say that NB is the only 'voluntary' official bilingual province in Canada. That way, no matter how the hairs are split, I'm still technically correct.

Perhaps BH is Sheldon Cooper's pseudonym?

Haha, the "d" stands for "down" in this case?

Actually, any of your suggestions would be good if true. Anything other than "scary computers" being the cause would be nice.
Every time I see those words, I want to know what OS.

No it's not.
That's just contradiction.
