Wrong. If you are accosted by a police officer, ask them "Officer, am I under arrest?". If they respond "no", then you are free to go and are not at "his mercy".
The Constitution is not meant to include *all* our rights. That was by design. Just because a right is not in the Constitution does not mean it doesn't exist or can't exist. It's sloppy interpretation to say any given right that we "should" have is somewhere in the Constitution if only we can extrapolate it. Not all the rights we want/need/deserve are there.
Funny, because that's the way the Constitution was set up to begin with. Remember the Bill of Rights? There were those who were against including the Bill of Rights because they feared it would perpetuate the mindset that the only rights the people have are those that are explicitly written out, despite the inclusion of the 9th Amendment. Looks like they were right.
The Constitution does not guarantee the right to travel by any particular form of transportation.
So, I guess Judge Paez lives in that fantasy world where the rights of the people must be explicitly given within the Constitution, or they don't have them.
Really? I was under the impression that real gamers play because they have a passion for games. Thank you for informing me that I am, in fact, not a "real gamer", despite the fact that I've probably been gaming since you were shitting yellow.
The huge difference in quality betweed Sega CD FMV and Playstation FMV had less to do with CPU cycles and more to do with the video hardware. You could throw a 2GHz processor at the Sega CD and you'd still only get, at most, 320x448 64-color FMV, because that's the limit of the hardware. The SNES had an even slower CPU than the Genesis, and I'd still guess that it could probably do better FMV than the Sega CD, if you had the storage for it, since the SNES could display more colors at once without using software tricks.
Since this whole debacle is making a distinction between original CD media and "unauthorized" digital copies, I think it's safe to say that CDs, despite being digital, will not fall under any of these "Digital DJ" restrictions.
At present you can copy store the sound recording in any digital format. However, please note that in the near future PPL will be requiring the storage of sound recordings in digital form to be protected by Digital Rights Management.
In other words, soon, they will be mandating which file formats can legally be used for DJing in the UK.
(6) Without privilege to do so, and with intent to impair the functioning of any computer, computer system, computer network, computer software, or computer program, all as defined in Ohio R.C. 2909.01, knowingly do any of the following:
A. In any manner or by any means, including, but not limited to, computer hacking, alter, damage, destroy, or modify a computer, computer system, computer network, computer software, or computer program or data contained in a computer, computer system, computer network, computer software, or computer program;
B. Introduce a computer contaminant into a computer, computer system, computer network, computer software or computer program.
Oh yeah, because noone can ever independently produce a piece of code that functions 100% identically to other code, including bugs and everything else, right?
That may be because many digital stations are not yet running at full power, compared to the analog stations. For example, last I head, the digital ABC station in this market was only broadcasting at 1kW.
By completed, he means officially translated for NES release, although I wouldn't say the translation was complete, as there is still some mangled Engrish, but there was an official translation under progress before Square turned FF4 into FF2US.

They did. It's called the 9th Amendment.

Yeah, but this legislation could also ban unrestricted media formats, since it's possible to use them to store unauthorized copies of media.

Good thing the mods seem to know of the blinkenlights, because the rest of these fucking cretins don't.
How about this: You show me the section which explicitly denies a right to privacy. Can't do it? Then you lose.

So the rootkit couldn't be used in conjunction with the big WMF exploit, which I'm sure hasn't been patched on all machines yet?
Think of it from the manufacturer's perspective - a quarter per unit, on how many million units? This shit adds up quickly.
Oh, so Google Image Search and Google Translate have never used frames?
Good use of sarcasm there.

Um, it's not Fox?
You're incorrect on both points.
LL is now down because you caused them to exceed heir bandwidth. Thanks a fucking lot.
You dumbass, give the right link next time.
