Suse has ISO's up on their site for sparc. There are 4 cd's in the set. And they install very easily. I have it on SparcStation 10 and it runs fine but is slow.
One of the things Steve demoed at mac world was software to do it(MPEG encoding, menus, etc). Most of the software hardware combos to do it until now were industial only.
My present/usr/src drive has about 300 megs of source file for 4.1 RC2 /usr/obj where the intermediate obj files go during make buildworld go has about 150 megs of stuff in it after a compile.
I have been running 4.0-current for a couple of weeks and it has been nice and smooth. I have noticed an improvement in SMP speed. Very nice all in all.
Ender's Shadow should be read directly after reading Ender's Game. It is a beautiful effort. I found it as exciting as Ender's Games was to when I read it as a youngster. It also adds alot of context to the rest of the Ender series.
joe a dumb term is such beautiful site. I need no colors. Just think of all the cruff that would have to be added ta add support for this language or that language. O'well
