I'm not a big fan of Microsoft, but SurfaceRT has always inspired me. I think it's great that they're getting these in the stores! After all, they are both stronger and better performing than iPads or Android tablets. They also come with many advanced features compared to those two. And don't forget about it - developer integration is well formed and ready for any (big or indie) publisher right out of the box with your latest Visual Studio version.
What's most important is that both IE and Safari have supposed blocking third party cookies. Google even went to try to circumvent Safari's user privacy settings to be able to track users. Apple quickly followed with a fix.
So IE is the only browser that cares about your privacy and doesn't store sensitive data in its cache. Got that. I just wish that more browsers would be like IE. But after all, Microsoft has always greatly cared your privacy - unlike Google and their snooping does.
