They initially offered it in the store, and that buggy release crashed some PCs, including one of mine, on install. It then encouraged us to reinstall Windows from scratch, losing data, even though it was possible to recover back to Win 8.0 without data loss. It was a mess.
They later moved it to Windows update, where it automatically installed correctly even on PCs that were screwed up by the Windows store 8.1 release, so I think you're imagining something that's not the actual reason, and the real reason was to drive traffic to the nearly-useless Windows Store.
It's funny how delusional people like frikken lazers think that pointing out that he's in Republican alternate reality means that nuts are censoring his message. These AGW deniers are just as cracked as evolution deniers, and are often the same people. I hope he gets some professional help.
If someone is so crazy that they think a sky-fairy poofed the world into existence 5000 years ago, they might as well be a troll. Opposing viewpoints that are based in fantasy don't add anything to the discussion, and might as well be removed since all they do is remind us that there's a know-nothing subculture in America.
Of course it this case it IS ethically right. There's no moral requirement to let abusive users who violate the TOS take up far more than their share of a limited resource.
4K video and pictures on a tablet would look amazing, and a 4K display could display text much more clearly than a 1080p one.
The only thing that makes 4K on a tablet less desirable than 1080p to me is that a tablet would need a much faster, and presumable power-hungry, graphics subsystem to drive all the pixels in a 4K display, especially for gaming.
>If you just tell the company and not anyone else, chances are they will thank you, or arrest you, then not put the time or money into fixing the problem.
If you're fearful, and maybe it this case you're right to be, you can always anonymously report exploits to the company that released the software.
>The longer he waits, the more he proves that he's really not interested in the cause, just in himself and getting his 15 min of fame.
I just hope he realizes that America-hating blogger/grifter Glenn Greenwald conned him into committing a serious crime and ruining his life. If he still has delusions that he's some kind of hero as Putin's puppet, that's just sad.
>What Snowdon did was absoloutely morally the correct thing to do. He did it for his country and the greater good of its citizens.
That's pure bullshit, and indicates that you're totally overlooking his treachery because you liked to hear one small part of what he revealed. How are you OK with his exposing our legitimate activities spying on terrorists?
>I don't see any reason to think this is true. The RL identities of most bullies are already known to those being bullied, yet the bullying persists.
Yep, and some of the most abusive right-wing lunatics on twitter post under their real names, because in the wingnut subculture being horrible, and bullying anyone who's smarter than the Fox News manufactured-reality crowd, is something to be proud of. When a whole subculture sucks, being terrible holds no social repercussions.
When I re-watched Star Wars for the first time as an adult, I was shocked at how whiney Luke was. As a child I didn't notice how unlikable the character is.
Considering the low price, I don't think any insanity is required to take a chance on it, and I've been burned buy Nvidia before with a $1000 piece of 3D hardware that they dropped support for soon after its release. At least with this, you still have an Android tablet if Nvidia abandons it.
My near vision out to about 5 feet improved tremendously in my early 40s, and is still crystal clear at 47. I expect that wouldn't be the case had I had surgical correction to improve distant vision in my 30s.
A coworker has a power mac that with just a battery replacement works fine to this day. The only problem is that the change to Intel means that no modern software will run on it. It still works with the old software though, and the old version of Garage Band is still very usable today.

You sound as far gone as Glenn Beck. You're completely lost if you actually believe the wingnut delusion that you've posted.

What do you think went into the zygote? No eggs, or more than one egg?

>A "Zero G" chair, like the ones by Human Touch (I use a Human Touch Perfect Chair),
Wow, the table part of those chairs is about the price I'd expect the whole chair to be, and the chair costs as much as a decent motorcycle.

You can't blame the summary.
Anyone who's been here for more than a couple of days knows that the summaries are often extremely misleading.

It's never to late to go insane.
720p is absolutely HD, regardless of what's happened to your mind.

Back then Apple sold actual apples and Quicktime was a primitive clock.

It's disappointing to see that each eye is just 1/2 1080p because it uses a single 1080p phone display shared by both eyes.

If they can manage to use a passing lane to pass, then move to the right, they'll be less of a hazard to traffic than around half of human drivers.
If they can operate at the speed limit, they'll be moving faster than most Prius drivers.
Any complaints will be coming from morons.
>. Who is the target market?
People who don't live alone, and have to let others use their home theater at times, but still want to use the gaming PC that's in the theater.

My Galaxy note still works fine too, though I no longer use it as a phone. High end hardware tends to remain useful for years.
My near vision out to about 5 feet improved tremendously in my early 40s, and is still crystal clear at 47. I expect that wouldn't be the case had I had surgical correction to improve distant vision in my 30s.
>What, is the 777 supposed to be equipped with flares and chaff now?
If the pilots are dumb enough to fly over a war zone, yes! They seem to have been far north of where they should have been.
