TBPH the way IE does bookmarking is retarded. It prevents some non-alphanumeric characters in the title (most annoyingly : and / ) and isn't a cross-platform solution.
A simple HTML compatible file is the _right_way_ as it can be loaded and used by any browser.

This is a classic demonstration of how poor The Times has become. The paper as a whole and especially it's computer suppliment has been very factually challenged ever since Rupert Murdoch took over. He has attempted to make up for crappy quality with price cuts (20p for the paper some days [30cents]) and has so far failed.
The Times is the worse broadsheet paper in the UK and the sooner American's realise this (no-flamage intended), the sooner we won't have joke stories like this on/.
Why not give anybody with an account the ability to mark troll/spam. You then set your troll-o-meter to the minimum number of people who have to label a comment as troll before it dissapears for you. Would work for me.
Basically it comes down the fact that however unlikely the universe _seems_, the existence of god is even less likely. The universe is a much easier thing to create than a omnipresent, omnipotent (sp?) fully powerful being.
