Two points: First, it's highly likely that BRM mailers reject anything over a letter-sized and letter-weight item under their indicia, so mailing bricks, roadkill, et.al. back to them no longer works. and goes on from there. It doesn't have anyone's name on it, so they can't exact any sort of corporate vengeance, and it DOES cost them money to receive it.
