Oh, please. "We get handcuffed" and "Somebody set up us the dcma" were quite a bit funnier, even though I say so myself.

  9. Cracker insurance? on Lower Your Insurance Premiums: Use Linux · · Score: 1

As a white male, I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish with their hate-mongering disguised as insurance, but I am sure that I'm offended. I'm guessing that Linux rates cheaper for so-called 'cracker insurance' because while setting a Confederate flag as desktop wallpaper or playing a Lynyrd Skynyrd mp3 are trivial tasks with a properly configured recent version of Windows, Linux's lack of an integrated GUI makes these activities somewhat more difficult for the average 'cracker.'

Actually networks and their advertisers don't seem to mind you watching commercials speeded up like on Tivo or a VCR, what bothers them is replaytv and others that have a skip ahead function so you don't see commercials at all. I find with my Tivo I fast forward commercials but check out ones that look interesting as they're going by, like the Stacker2 ads with Kane from the WWF.
