As a Time Warner customer in Northeast Wisconsin, not only do we have to pay the rental fee on and box, we also have a Franchise Fee that shows up on our bill as a line item. Basically $2 +/- that Time Warner charges us and then turns around and pays to the local government for allowing them to be the only provider in town.
From the Article: The wiretap charge was filed after consultation with a deputy district attorney, police said.
Can an officer arrest you for something that he doesn't know is a crime? Probably just knew that it pissed him off. Would be interesting to see what the officer told him when he made the initial arrest.
My point exactly. We have a mix at our location here. Everyone refers to the Oracle server as Oracle, and everyone refers to the Micosoft SQL Server as SQL Server.
Thats the way it was before, now and forever. Amen.
Have to agree with the masses. Calling it SQL Server seems to only piss off the people who don't work with it. I don't call the Office suite Microsoft Office. It is just Office. Microsoft was clever in their naming schemes. If I am talking about a SQL server that is Oracle, I wouldn't refer to it as "Oracles SQL Server", nor would MySQL be "MySQL SQL Server".
That would just be silly.
So, your anger is Microsoft's gain. And every time you get angry at Microsoft, they kill a kitten.
So, using iCal and Sunbird leads me to wanting to create my own webdav setup with apache. Besides webdav.org, anyone else have alot of experience with such?
Well, is there a possibility to catch a "reflection" of our own galaxy off another object so we can learn more about our own? Or are we satisfied at looking at something that has already happened in a place that may or may not be there and we shall never visit in our lifetime.

P2P is a gateway dru... crime. A crime of passion. One starts by downloading illegally, then on to harder stuff.
