because Zoloft made him flip out OR because he tried to say that in his defense? pay attention to the trial and you'll note that his doctor didn't up the kid's dosage and his lawyer was trying to say - read the facts first

and at the same time how do you vote on the death penalty? right because a man has never been sentenced to death being innocent right?

if you base your entire vote on a single issue you have a very narrow view of the world. and if you believe that a 16 year old rape victim should be forced to have a child - it's a warped view at that. i bet you believe rush limbaugh never did drugs either, after he repeatedly talked about how drug uers were "losers"

and i bet gay marriage is the other important issue ofr you - because let's face it what someone else does in their own bedroom is a matter of the government.

you righties like to use the phrase "a mind that's too open causes your brain to fall out" - i'd like to mention that a mind that's to closed will shrivel up & die with no growth

So if I write an open source virus or trojan it's basically ethical? hell i'll even GPL it (or LGPL should someone want to make a closed source version of it). You are missing a huge piece of the puzzle here - that is that 90% of Windows Users are not going to bother looking at the source first. Do you look at the source for everything you run? I doubt it, but if you do, my hat is off to you for it (and you apparently have no life other than computers or you don't run many applications).

To say that because it's open it's ethical is a load of crap.

Time for me to be moderated into oblivion because I'm speaking against the establishment.

Okay, let me be sure I understand this - Miguel and his gnomies wanna base GNOME on MONO which is an open source implementation of .NET - which was developed to compete with Sun's Java - and Sun's throwing developers at this? No wonder why they are hurting so bad right now at Sun - wake up and smell the java Sun...
