TDH.com its still alive, still well, and the only place i can find so far that has FREE MUD!
wahts more, you dont have to dial in if you dont want to...

not soo much the extra "HTML Header" or whatever you guys decide it is, but the information it sends out when you instrall their client. THAT is where i see a greater privacy breach.. THere is nothing at that point of the buisness relationship that they need to know, that they dont already know.
they already have my name, phone #, addy, E-mail, and credit info.. what else do they need to know that they get from my computer..? the more paranoid portion of my brain says there looking at he contents of the system ala registry (regardless of wether or not its possible)....
other than that, Earthlink is a crappy provider anywayas........ especially since they bought out my home isp.. it makes me sad:(
Where does that leave us? i mean i Know Handspring nand palm have GREAT reps for PA's, but ui dont know about NCR.
Couldnt they also be considered as making a monopoly? (or are there other Manufacturers, im not in the market, so i dont know|)
.. Untill sony gets a hold of it, manufactures it all into little sticks that only work in THERE products, and require you giving up your first born to purchase......
i hate sony
Chicago already do this.. of course its usually aimes at major Highways and dangerous intersections, for the purpose of catching traffic violations. The point is that all of you out there who scream that you wont stand to have yourself recorded, you probably already are....
.. i could have swoorn thata this Tech has been available for a long time.. Now granted most of them work off af a series of "Panick Keys" that usually have to be typed in locally, im SURE if you look hard enough you can find somthing that does the exact same thing, probably for cheaper, and usually toy can SPECIFY what will be DEL'd... of course its reaslly a moot point, cause even if you Torch the disks the data is on, with enough time, money, and expertiese, it can be recconstructed.... well short of a format, but who would take the obvius route.
Heck, to all the coders out there, MAKE A PROG THAT DOES THIS!!! Open source, just outa spite
